More Kicks

Just thought I would mention that Sarah is doing well and is much less nauseous.  We've been taking a birthing class, which has been interesting.  A lot of questions we had have been answered and a lot that we didn't have. :-)

Incidentally, I'll most likely be posting a short video of our ultrasound sometime soon.

Just for kicks ;-)

I realized that I don't think we mentioned anywhere that Sarah has been feeling quite a few kicks every day, more or less.  Ben actually has felt movement once when he placed his hand on her tummy.  It is obviously REALLY exciting and makes it just that much more real for us.  Sarah is beginning (at least Ben thinks so) to look more rounded and slightly bigger on her tummy.  VERY COOL! :-)

Ultrasound 2

We have had our second ultrasound, and we have learned our baby's gender!

Baby appears to be healthy and active, per our technician and OBGYN.  Sarah is doing well...

...and, yes, I am torturously not saying the baby's gender yet.  Hahaha.

Greetings, friends and family!
For those who do not know, Sarah is pregnant!  We have created this blog in order to keep y'all abreast of current developments!

a few details:

• Sarah is officially due November 10, 2011.  Obviously, we'll be pushing for 11/11/11 instead and if we can hit 11:11am, so much the better. :D
• Sarah is at almost exactly 12.5 weeks
• We have seen our baby (picture to follow) via ultrasound.  That was at almost 8 weeks.
• We have heard our baby's heartbeat (mp4 to follow perhaps).
• We desperately covet your prayer
• As we explore this new phase of our lives as parents, while juggling school.
• For the healthiness of baby and momma
• Especially for baby's salvation.
• For Sarah.  She's been feeling VERY nauseous and sick and has vomited quite a bit. :-(
• Baby seems to be doing very well.
• We are planning on learning the gender if baby cooperates.
